Used this Ooma Telo for a few years and served us well. Still in good condition and fully functional. The USB adapter should be working fine also but while taking pictures I did notice that the plastic cracks open a little when I bend the USB at an angle (see picture). I plugged this in to the Ooma Telo device and don't see a light on. Not sure that's because I need to set it up again in the Ooma configuration. It's been a while since I dabbed in there and we already disconnected our service over a month ago so I can't verify anything at this point except that the Ooma Telo does power up successfully. Neither had problems when we last used it over a month ago but since the USB adapter is cracked, I have to mention that it may not work.
Everything shown in the pictures will be included. I don't have the original box anymore.
